Automating recruiters’ administrative tasks

GQR’s internal recruiters employ a hands-off approach to basic screening and scheduling. At times GQR’s recruiters were faced with allocating 1-2 hours a day scanning applications for a few qualifications, emailing the candidates one by one, getting their availability, and then finally booking them into an available slot. AllyO now takes care of these administrative tasks so recruiters can focus on what really matters – delivering a fantastic candidate experience. Here is how it works:

  1. The recruiter posts a requisition on their job board of choice (LinkedIn, NaceLink, Handshake, etc.).
  2. When an applicant applies these recruiters are sent an email.
  3. This email is scraped for the necessary information and Ally proactively reaches out to the applicant to continue the screening process.
  4. In addition to screening the candidate based on recruiter preferences, once qualified, AllyO schedules them for an interview based on the recruiter’s availability.

Humanizing the hiring process

Through this process every candidate is contacted. If a candidate does not meet requirements for the role, they are notified why, further humanizing the hiring process of disqualification.
