David Bernstein, HR Technology domain expert with a passion for blues music, now oversees AllyO’s partner program. David will be responsible for creating and executing AllyO’s Partner channel strategy. In this role, he will leverage his deep expertise of Talent Acquisition combined with his strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition ecosystem to develop the channel and alliance network to further drive AllyO’s value proposition into the market.

“David brings decades of HR technology and recruiting experience, along with strong industry network and business development expertise,” said Shobhit Gupta, Head of Business Operations. “This experience will help AllyO expand into the market through new channels and bring a larger ecosystem of solutions to its customers.”

David is an accomplished human capital management (HCM) product leader across large enterprises and early-stage startups. His background includes starting as a recruiter and then pioneering HR technology roles at PeopleSoft, start-up company leadership defining Internet-based HR solutions and building HR technology platforms for global companies such as Solectron and Hitachi. Most recently, he has been responsible for leading the product and partnership development at several innovative Talent Acquisition Technology companies. Beyond the workplace, he serves to educate future HR and talent acquisition leaders as an adjunct professor of HR Analytics at Palo Alto University.

“I am delighted to be joining the team. AllyO’s mission to make recruiting efficient and delightful for all aligns perfectly with my professional passion. I’ve spent the last two decades relentlessly pursuing, implementing, and building HR Technology products that were intended to make HR more efficient, or strategically relevant. With AllyO, HR teams are able to realize both. Our partners will play an important role in helping us explain AllyO’s value proposition to our buyers. I am very excited to be leading our effort to build out our partnership channels,” said David.
