AllyO’s product is a SaaS application hosted on multiple clouds platforms.  A DevOps engineer comprehensively understands the complete architecture of the system and makes security a top priority.  This person is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise wide solutions that will be used by developers and IT staff.  Has a strong understanding of Linux and scripting languages, specifically python. Understands the architecture of the following tools and can use them efficiently: Jenkins, Git, Docker, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, Elastic Search, New Relic, Apache, NGINX, MySql, Postgres.  Has an in depth understanding of AWS and Azure and understands what it takes to create a secure infrastructure on these platforms.

As a DevOps engineer at AllyO, you will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks in the system and then proposing solutions to relieve them. Being very metrics oriented is a key characteristic.  Knowing the meaning of each metric and how it impacts the system is crucial to determining the overall health of the system.


  • Partner with the Customer Success, Sales team to deliver technical needs of customers during onboarding implementation and overall success.
  • Have a deep technical understanding of AllyO’s product capabilities, serve as a technical subject matter expert for AllyO’s customer needs.
  • Build & implement tools & solutions for support teams to solve customer problems.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering team to influence new product features and functionality based on customer feedback
  • Be a leader to a technical team to deliver overall solutions.
  • Identify and address/fix platform issues that impact customer success including but not limited to: MySQL and Postgres Database issues, Celery task issues, REST API issues, external cloud services issues, application configuration issues, infrastructure configuration issues, Jenkins issues, Docker issues.

  • Direct customer facing communication and management
