The Business Operations team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will aid in attracting and retaining the best talent from around the world.


  • Aid in sourcing candidates and manage job postings
  • Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
  • Manage candidate flow and upkeep candidates through the AllyO software
  • Support the team and handle any other tasks that may arise, including posting job requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, on-boarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams after an interview for a candidate debrief, creating processes where needed


  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Gmail and Google calendars
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment, fast paced and fluid
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Outgoing with great interpersonal skills
  • Self starter, able to work independently
