The Business Operations team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will aid in attracting and retaining the best talent from around the world.
- Aid in sourcing candidates and manage job postings
- Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
- Manage candidate flow and upkeep candidates through the AllyO software
- Support the team and handle any other tasks that may arise, including posting job requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, on-boarding
- Coordinate with internal teams after an interview for a candidate debrief, creating processes where needed
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Gmail and Google calendars
- Ability to work in a start-up environment, fast paced and fluid
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Outgoing with great interpersonal skills
- Self starter, able to work independently
We are located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, CA. Less than 1 mile away from the San Antonio Caltrain Station. We also provide relocation assistance.
