First, interviewers indicate their block of availability directly to AllyO. This leads to a better candidate experience, as we’ve found that interviewers are less likely to cancel last minute when they’ve dedicated times to interviewing. In addition, interviewers obtain better regularity in their calendars and are able to maintain a more steady pipeline of candidates. Moreover, HR leadership is able to better forecast future outcomes of the hiring funnel. Finally, this strategy does not require you to have any approval from your IT teams! Second, applicants are scheduled by chatting with AllyO who uses the availability to identify the right times. As soon as the candidate selects a time, the interviewer receives a calendar invite on their day-to-day calendar (GSuite, Outlook, Office 365, etc) and is given one-click options to cancel or reschedule a candidate as well as links to the candidate’s profile and resume.
